Summary 07561: skyfox, exerizer, exerizreb: Shorter vertical resolution than PCB
Description The PCB screen area is larger than MAME.
The top margin is 2-6(?) pixels and the bottom margin is 10 pixels or more.

If I'm gonna guess I'd say 2 lines from "top" and 6 from "bottom", rotate in X axis being a tate screen.
2 + 6 = 8 because gfx works in 8 pixel chunks.

NB: A few pics also sports a border color that isn't hooked by a quick glance. Looks blue-ish in pics, may also be a side effect from the background rendering and change dynamically by unknown reasons even if a video is provided. Also mathematically doesn't make sense (blue pens from the 0x*c family?)

In this picture, there is also an about 8-pixel top margin, so the top and bottom margins may both be 8 pixels.

I verified this with various output images and videos, including clear captures.
It seems top is at least 3pixel (maybe 4pixel?), and bottom is 10pixel.
At the bottom it looks end of pixels, but the topmost pixel is half hidden, so it looks as if there are still pixels.
Sprites will show in top pixel the part of the sprite that protrudes from the bottom.
Background (stars) at top pixel is normal.
