Summary 07587: Artwork: multi-screen layer blending problem with BGFX
Description Artwork: layer blending problem with BGFX.

This is a bug specifically witnessed with hydef's Game&Watch artwork, and only for the dual-screen games. It could be related to , however it does not only apply to D3D9, but all BGFX backends.
Steps To Reproduce - install hydef's G&W artwork (his google drive: )
- mame64.exe gnw_zelda -video bgfx

or any dual-screen G&W

Look carefully at the 1st screen (left screen for horizontal, upper screen for vertical).
hydef applied a layer effect to simulate LCD screen shadow. It is missing on the 1st screen.
Additional Information MooglyGuy was already informed of this bug a while ago, he verified it and suspected it is something with screen chains.

Probably related to either this bug, or 07586:

gives a black screen:
mame64.exe nummunch -video bgfx -bgfx_backend d3d9

in 'cocktail' view, the bottom screen is visible however:
mame64.exe nummunch -video bgfx -bgfx_backend d3d9 -view cock
