Summary 07638: xtrain, mtrain, ptrain: [possible] Oversensitive Bet key repeats immediately
Description Bet key repeats immediately, making input difficult
Steps To Reproduce Add credits, then press and briefly hold Bet. Easiest to observe if Min. Bet. is set to 1 in F2 service menu.

Again, I'm suspect that these 'oversensitive' issues are actually emulation issues. It is obvious that the intent was to allow entering credits quickly by holding down - it could simply be you inputs are repeating too quickly? Try adjusting your keyboard controls for your OS and see if you can lengthen the repeat delay and/or repeat rate.

Thank you. I tried adjusting the repeat delay to 1000ms, and disabling key repeat altogether, but in both cases still observe the same behavior with the Bet repeating instantly in xtrain/mtrain/victor6.

The XTAL values seem to be very high for some subsino games, in the "humlan" game for example the XTAL is at (48'000'000) / 3) and moving to
  (12'000'000) / 3) All speed is correct, including the speed of the internal game configuration.

So the 48MHz XTAL is right. Maybe the divider is higher, but without measuring the clock on PCB it's difficult to see.
