The -nodrc command does not seem to effect this one as it still happens.

This asserts because n64.cpp has set set_icache_size and set_dcache_size commented out.

While we are dealing with DRC, wouldn't it be wise to just open up the DRC and allow it to be used for N64? There isn't any particular development being done at this time on the n64 and related drivers, so enabling should only result in a + speed boost to make many simple games playable from the softlist.

In some retesting the follow machines also assert the same way
