Summary 07724: sfrush, sfrushrk and clones:: No sound when loading from save state
Description sfrush, sfrushrk and clones have no sound when loading from save state
Steps To Reproduce 1. Set autosave 1 in mame.ini file
2. Launch MAME64.exe and load sfrush
3. Start game to confirm sound is OK.
4. Exit MAME64
5. Re-launch MAME64.exe and load sfrush again
6. Game resumes from save state but no audio

I tried 0.221 and it still didn't restart the sound fully, so 0.222 is not the proper regression.
Confirmed, however.

I think I fixed this with https://github.com/mamedev/mame/commit/120ae6a73bfdad5dbe9b700c95caa929ac5c12fd

I have tested the fix on 0.224 and the issue has been resolved on sfrush, sfrushrk and clones. Thanks!
