|Description||If you'd save your state during item collection sound effect playback, sound chip responsible for this effect will freeze at same note after state load.|
|Steps To Reproduce||Collect any item, save your state while item collection sound still playing, and load saved state right after that.|
|Additional Information||Stucking effect disappears, when you collect a new item or use any item you already have.|

Been like that as long as I remember, but no official bug has been reported for it.
Many sound cores act in similar ways and clear themselves up on the next note or usage of that chip.
It is easier to isolate here because there is more than one sound chip providing audio.
