I tried it several times on all screens during demonstration and all them made a credit jungle.
Perhaps you can have a case where it happens while you may be recording an .inp and see if it plays back the same way and post here if it always fails to trigger the jingle?
Not sure if any Dev will want to look into something that cannot be reliably triggered in some way.

I've managed to reproduce this, then I've reproduced it again recording a video. I can confirm this happens no matter if you're recording an avi video or not.

I forgot to add that sometimes it plays 'half' of the sound when you insert a coin too.

Confirmed based on MetalGod's testing, but adding possible flag to get some actual PCB confirmation of behavior.

Confirmed the regression version pointed by OSSO in my other taitosj report.

In version 0.122, both gameplay and the sound when inserting a coin are perfect! I really don't understand why Zsolt Vasvary did that 'major driver cleanup' in MAME version 0.123, which clearly made things worse.

After doing these tests I strongly suggest that we revert this driver back to the 0.122 one.

I tested this in mame 0.78 and it also ocurrs. No regression version for this one.
