Summary	08051: portera: Down button is not working. Can't climb down ladders.
Description	When playing the game, it is not possible to climb down ladder, after going up. The original Dock Man game plays fine, but on this clone it is not possible to climb down.
Steps To Reproduce	Start the game with mame portera Play and climb up ladder. It is not possible to climb down.
Additional Information	Since added. It inherited the input port information from "porter" and for some reason this one bit (swapped with player 2 down) happens here.
