|Summary||08233: Various drivers hang at black screen with 32bit build|
I've compiled a 32bit version of MAME 0.246GIT with the official MAME development tool (msys64-2022-01-12.exe (GCC 11.2) + 32-bit MinGW tools)
under Windows10. The following drivers have problems with it. They hang at black screen or shows not all graphics:
gticlub.cpp: slrasslt starts, but show not all gfx.
hng64.cpp: roadedge hangs at black screen
kinst.cpp: kinst and kinst2 doesn't start
konamim2.cpp: btltryst hangs at black screen
seattle.cpp: carnevil hang at black screen
vegas.cpp: gauntleg hang at black screen
zr107.cpp: jetwave starts, but show not all gfx.
The same problems did i have with my compiled version for Windows XP (GCC 9.3). The problem is not the compiler version.
This must be a MAME driver/memory handling problem (32/64bit). I did a test of all games from 1971-1998 with the 32bit version
and only the listed driver have problems!
