I tried to run a game with -video bgfx, no other parameters, and it happened to me as well. If the tiles are displayed at any size past 1x, they blur.

Edit: Tried "-video bgfx -bgfx_backend opengl -bgfx_screen_chains unfiltered" and the video on the screen had no filtering, but the tileviewer still had it. I tried other backend options, the same issue persisted.

OS: Windows 10 x64.

This was a one-line fix.
