Summary 08349: turfmast: Related to issue 03972, horizontal shaking lines for the Japan course
Description Some courses don't have this bug at all, but the Japan one does at any point where you adjust your position/angle.
This was talked about in 03972 but it's a very old thread and incomplete.
I was able to reproduce the issue every time on Japan course 1 in MAME 244, 231, 203 and 174, all official binary MAME releases for Windows. Doesn't seem to be a regression.
The lines will wobble more the more you rotate and keep on wobbling as you stand still like in the video below. The following clips are all of the Japan course 1.

Video of the glitch:

Video clip of how it should behave:

Since my CRT capture sucks I found a direct video capture of real hardware at 3:28 this same movement results in shaking lines in MAME, another angle adjustment at 3:48.
(removed link to unavailable video)

Neo Geo CD version behaves the same way in MAME.
Steps To Reproduce Select the Japan course and rotate your character 1 step, a single line starts wobbling, rotate another step and more horizontal lines start going wobbly and the more you rotate the more horizontal lines will wobble, and none of it stops as you're standing still.

This should be re-verified. Again, looks like OG's new 68000 core fixed it.

WOW that core is fresh. Oh BOY is it ever fresh.
