Summary 08676: vf2 and clones: Imperfect hit boxes
Description Nowhere near as bad as the 1st game but its still a little wonky (Example: Fighters phasing through each other after attacking at around the same time).
Steps To Reproduce 1. Start a 2 players game, with whatever character
2. Map p1 right and p2 left to the same button
3. make them collide, they aren't supposed to cross up but they do

A setup to trigger the bug in question:
Pick Jeffry
Perform his headbutt move super close to the CPU ( --> + Punch&Kick)

vf2 has an imperfect graphics flag.

Imperfect graphics doesn't cover hit boxes tho, it's mostly for the gamma ramps and imperfect focal scaling.
Been meaning to open this from a while, it started happening back when OG rewrote TGP (iirc one version after this has been promoted to working, around 0.190 iirc). Updating steps to repro and fields.
