Summary	08774: ujlnow: Joe Chin doesn't show in the Guitar Tutorial screen
Description	First of all, im really happy that we finally get to play Um Jammer Lammy NOW for MAME after a very long time, thank you UmEricYockey for keeping the Disc. During the intro part where Joe Chin shows the guitar and the buttons (The one with Blue background), Joe Chin doesn't appear at the top left of the screen. I know the Video emulation flag, just leaving this here to add it for the bugs and when it's possible, gets fixed.

No.21789 Haze Senior Tester Oct 4, 2023, 21:14	yeah it does seem to be missing the video is recorded with the game set to English, rather than Japanese, but even changing it in MAME doesn't allow that graphic to show.
