Summary	08903: coco3: Missing pixel on right
Description	The driver does not appear to be displaying the 640th pixel on the right hand side of the display.
Steps To Reproduce	The following program should display a four sided box: 10 HSCREEN 3 20 HLINE (0,0)-(639,191),PSET,B 30 GOTO 30 In current MAME, the right hand line is missing.
