Summary	08964: aquarius: misbehaviour with cartridges
Description	Sometimes a cartridge is ignored, Basic runs instead. Sometimes after ejecting a cart, it still runs
Steps To Reproduce	Try the following things: >mame aquarius aqworm It starts up, no problem. Go to the File Manager, select the cart, choose [Empty Slot]. It shows that the cart has been removed. Choose Reset System. The game starts up again, even though it had been removed. Go to the Slot menu. You will see that "exp" is set to "rom". Press left and right keys, "rom" has been replaced by "----" and cannot be restored. Now Reset System. Basic runs - the cart is now ignored. Go to the File Manager - the cart is listed there. Reset System won't make it run though. There's nothing in the slot options to restore cart functionality. The only thing to do is to quit and start over. Even Shift-F3 doesn't fix it.
