Jaguar is marked as not working, and has been in a very bad situation for several years. As such, bug reports are not needed. |

Wasn't even aware Jaguar have non-standard carts (uses `GENERIC_CART_SLOT` under the hood), unless that's supposed to write to the existing EEPROM and that somehow doesn't work. Not convinced in closing this off entirely ... |
