Summary 07418: ssf2: Few black tiles at the dark grey textfield.
Description At the beginning of final cutscene you may see the two black strips at the top of message field, just under Bison and Sagat sprites.
Steps To Reproduce Just playthrough the game till the end.

This "glitch" in arcade games is meant to be played in CRT monitors in which those black squares are not visible. Same kind of BTANB as 00522 and 07402.

This japanese youtube user claims this was recorded from the original hardware, and it also happens there:

Yes. There are too many examples of this in arcade games. The illusion is that arcade games are and should be 'perfect' when they are not when scrutinized.
Anyway, with the video as proof, I'm calling this BTANB. If something else is discovered, this bug will be in an open state where notes can be left to reexamine.

I only linked a few that have similar reports - even one with this exact issue already posted.
