Summary	00108: cgangpzl : hangs on the RAM/ROM test withtout cfg/nv files.
Description	Work, but the first time you run it, it hangs on the RAM/ROM test, then if you exit and run it again after cfg/nv files are made, it runs. All other games in this driver no longer crash.
