| Summary | 01307: wcbowl, wcbowl161, wcbowl165: The WCB 1.6x versions fail the GROM test in service mode. The 1.2 version tests fine. | ||||
| Description | The WCB 1.6x versions fail the GROM test in service mode. The 1.2 version tests fine. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | |||||
| Additional Information | This is not (exactly) a bug, it's due to the lack of emulation (due to internal ROM code) of the PIC chip that's used for protection. The checksum routine interacts with the PIC. I know, I burned a set of the ROMs and checked them on a real board and they pass. Plus, the little green LED for the PIC chip stays lit the whole time the checksum is running. - Brian A. Troha | ||||
