Summary	00135: quiztvqq: When you start the game it says "BACKUP ERROR" on the version screen.
Description	When you start the game it says "BACKUP ERROR" on the version screen. Other dynax.c games also show this, but when you start those for the second time, it says "BACKUP OK". But quiztvqq always gives the error.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	If you reset the game instead of restarting mame, it does show "BACKUP OK" however.
