Description	When you set the Territory DIP to USA, only PLAYER 1 can play. Player 2 cannot play/inputs do nothing.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	Not a bug. Inputs work fine, but the coin slots on both ragnard and stakswin2 are not common, i.e. you have to put a coin in coinslot 2 to start a game for the 2nd player, and vice versa. - Karasu Updated by Fuj in 0.129: This was used to be a BTANB. Closed because no more territory DIP.
