Summary | 01420: darius2: Sometimes music will be replaced with a loop of explosion sounds.
Description | Sometimes music will be replaced with a loop of explosion sounds, this happens in the intro, and some other places too eg. the 2nd boss. Sometimes the sound is a bit strange and sometimes only on one channel is present !? (left) Sometimes it sounds like some random effects are played...
Steps To Reproduce | |||||
Additional Information | "Bodysonic" speakers are installed in seats of the Darius II cabinet. Bass sounds are for them, and not a bug. - Fujix

Here is video how should sound Darius II In MAME there is sound garbage during intro, on movie are normal sounds. Is it MAME behaviour should be consider as bug? The same problem is with Ninja Warriors tank sound in level 2. Instead normal tank engine sound we get the same distorted sound as in Darius II intro. |

"Bodysonic", it's a (near-)subsonic speaker to create vibrations. Densha de Go has it as well, to create the rythmic ba-dump vibration you'd sense in an old train. Anyway, just set them to 0 in the slider controls. This isn't a bug. |

What exactly I should set to zero ? I only see two speakers, both with two filters. EDIT. OK, now I know :) |
