This is, in my humble opinion, not a bug. If you notice when the game boots up, you'll see the crosshatch test pattern is displayed (picture #1). This is needed to make sure the edges of the playfield is not off the screen in case the monitor requires adjustment. Any stretching of this screen (via the ` menu - Screen Horiz Stretch) will push this off the screen as in (picture #2). In short, the screen is the size it should be based on the test pattern provided. If you want to rid yourself of the lines, simply set the setting for Screen Horiz Stretch to 1.058. Added to BTANB. |
