Confirmed and added other sets effected. Found regression version and added.

For the record:
Between 0123 and 0123u1, the only change to gameplan.c and machine/6522via was, that timer_adjust(..., attotimezero) was replaced by timer_adjust_oneshot.

The 6532 RIOT changes in 0.126u2 fixed the missing sound bug :)

Yes.. and no. It's now pretty much as it was before the 'missing' music was added in 0.116u4 and continued to 0.123 (00293). I might end up reopening that one and resolve this one.
