Summary	01748: neodrvr.c: MameUI options dialog sets bios=none and not bios=NULL
Description	After the recent change in default bios handling, a new virgin mame ini sets bios=NULL and works fine. MameUI however sets bios="none" after using the Default Game Options dialog. bios="none" is not a valid option. Just a typo somewhere in MameUI to not be setup for the new default bios handling.
