Description	Seattle games error out on second launch in MameUI or from Mame's built in [tab] launcher. Easiest to see w/ MameUI, just try to launch NFL Blitz twice in a row. Crash on second attempt. For core Mame.exe just launch the game from commandline and then in tab try to launch it again.
Steps To Reproduce	1. mame.exe blitz 2. Tab menu 3. Select new game. 4. Type blitz hit enter on right blitz and launch game. Errors out completely, also kills MameUI fully.
Additional Information	This is with release bits, don't know if Aaron's other recent fix to this driver altered it.
