Summary	01822: OSD causes crash when try to show the Screen Refresh Rate menu.
Description	When I try to show "Screen Refresh Rate" in OSD, MAME crashes out.
Steps To Reproduce	Start any game with -cheat. This is the only way to access that adjustment parameter.
