Summary	01982: kageki: Watches don't function correctly
Description	In the game kageki if you place a watch on any of the cheats it just puts a permanent 'Watchpoints (0) memory read error' on the bottom of the screen.
Steps To Reproduce	In the enable cheats menu select a cheat and press W to put a watch on that cheat.
