Summary 02044: All sets in cps1.c: video from a DV cam proves the refresh rate of CPS1 in MAME is wrong
Description

an arcade operator provided me a video from a DV cam which proves the refresh rate of CPS1 and CPS3 in MAME is wrong. in the video the black bar caused by VBI is flying up, so the rate must be less than NTSC's rate of 59.94fps. CPS1/2 should be 59.6333 but I can't prove it in a digital way. it seems that CPS3 FPS is slightly different from CPS1/2.

the machines in the video are, from left to right:
SF3, SF3(MAME bootleg, please ignore it), Last Blade2, SFZ3, SFZ2AJ, SF2CE

Set up as acknowledged. The Dev team can look at this and comment or shoot down claims if needed.

MAME currently has CPS-2 set at 59.633333Hz.
CPS-1 is set to 60Hz flat, so I presume its frame rate hasn't been measured.

I just verified the refresh rate on one of the input gates of the 74ls08@4J on a gng romboard.
it's 59.61hz

I have just sent a diff so it should be fixed in next release

the bug was fixed for CPS1, maybe we must edit the bug description?

or maybe split the report into two, for each driver respectively..

I was waiting for a comment from nicola, but I guess we can simply report as fixed the cps1 part...

I have split the report into 02110 for cps3 and set this as fixed.
