Summary 02091: Highlighted items in internal menu (fullscreen) strange behavior
Description There's a cool new feature that allows the user to highlight an item in the TAB menu by using the mouse. When running in a window the mouse cursor in visible so the selection can be made easily. In fullscreen though, there is no cursor visible when you press TAB, so when you move around your mouse far too left or far too right the highlighted items get... un-highlighted, as if there is an invisible mouse cursor there. This behaviour is probably by design, but could be improved by either:
a) making the cursor visible when TAB is pressed in fullscreen or
b) highlighting items by registering only the the up/down movement of the mouse

Fixed.
When pressing TAB, a mouse cursor is visible in MAME since version 0.172.

 - 0.146u5 : Properly detect click on artwork buttons when in fullscreen mode. Added internal mouse cursor visible in menus and when clickable artwork is used. Since there is no clear way to determine if mouse should be shown or not, I am putting a new flag (GAME_CLICKABLE_ARTWORK) [Miodrag Milanovic].
