Summary | 02109: sfrush: Unable to calibrate brake and steering is not working.
Description |
On sfrush fresh start you are asked to calibrate various controls, the brake control however no longer responds to the 'alt' key as it used it. Further when you get into the game and start a race you cannot steer properly; it appears that the wheels are turning on the car but you do not go in the direction you are trying to turn. This seems to be a regression from the last couple builds. |
||||
Steps To Reproduce |
1. Kill cfg, diff, nv file. 2. start sfrush 3. hit ctrl for gas, right ctrl for clutch, move mouse for steering left and right. Try to hit alt for brake. Numbers don't change. 4. hit 1 repeatedly to enter game. 1. Coin up and start game. 2. Select track, car, and transmission [auto] 3. Start race. 4. Hit ctrl to accelerate and then move mouse left or right. 5. Observe front wheels turning but car staying in a straight line. |
||||
Additional Information | Mapped the other user one controls which are not hooked up, from their player 2 defaults. Same problem.

Retracting bug, configuration issue. Need to map player 2 pedal increment as 'alt' then you can calibrate the brake and once you do that you get steering control properly in-game. |
