Summary	02253: Ability to change Slider values using Mouse
Description	Given the addition of mouse controls to the MAME menus - I noticed that the Slider doesn't take advantage of this new development. An ability to adjust the Slider bar value with a mouse click would be a great addition and would silence those who believe the current adjustment implementation (with arrows keys) is too slow.

I'm not sure the clickable UI changes were meant to also add ability to slide a menu bar like it'd be needed for this feature... probably feedback from Aaron or Nathan could tell us if it's possible or not
