Summary	02544: Dip Condition / Port Include limitation
Description	If you use PORT_INCLUDE from an INPUT_PORT which contains no PORT_CONDITIONs and you modify one of the ports to use Conditional Dips, the core doesn't remove the Inputs of the original port in the Dips menu test case: take ghoulsu. it includes ghouls inputs (which use no condition) and modifies DSWA & DSWB to use PORT_CONDITION. However, it keeps displaying ghouls port in the DIPs menu resulting in duplicated entries (see 02542) If you remove the inclusion of ghouls inputs, creating an independent set of inputs for ghoulsu, no duplication is present

Additional Information	I think it's always been like this since latest input rewrite 0.125u2, but no test case had surfaced until now
