Summary	02652: numanath: Namco Numan Athletics Game Play Speed Wrong
Description	The Sound system is now playing back at the right speed and tempo, however it is not synced with the game. For example the techno sounds on the attract mode music is supposed to end when the NUMAN ATHLETICS letters are tossed up on the screen. In summary, the entire game is running behind and slow. ie 25%-50%
