Summary | 00266: daraku: Graphic Issues at region warning and during super move. | ||||
Description |
I just got an original Daraku Tenshi PCB, and I have noticed 2 things that the emulation in MAME is missing. I can possibly provide screenshots later. 1 - At start up, the region warning (In japan mode) has a blue background, which is bright at the top and fades toward the bottom of the screen. The service mode also has this. MAME does not show it either place, but rather a black background. 2 - When a player does a 'super move', the screen fades as the character is starting the move, and then back to normal in about .5 seconds. MAME does not show this. Haze says: Those effects are emulated for the other psikyosh games. It's possible the game is using them in a different way to all the other games, it's also posssible it's a different revision. (Although it surprises me that they'd make such changes in a revision, especially to test mode) I'd rate the chances of it being an emulation issue as about 90% and the chances of it being a dump issue at about 10%. |

Fixed in r7906. Bank selection for pre/post line blend was missing. Fixes both of these issues and similar ones in soldivid. |
