Summary	02714: 3stooges: Speech works for a while, then starts going in and out of horrible noise and static
Description	Play it for a while, the speech will eventually give way to a terrible screeching and static. From here, it will go back and forth, sometimes working and other times being just noise.
Steps To Reproduce	Play the game for a bit.
