Summary	02931: Many sets using YM2151 Sound Core: Distorted or otherwise incorrect sound
Description	Only found to affect assault/assaultp so far but there's very likely more affected sets.
Steps To Reproduce	assault/assaultp: Insert a coin. Credit sound does not always play (and sounds distorted compared to earlier versions).
