No.03801 Phil Bennett Developer Feb 23, 2009, 14:36	Partially fixed so that sound effects now play. The ymf278b sound core needs ymf262 FM/timer support merged in. (We could readd the ymf262 to the driver but it's a bit yucky as there should only be a ymf278b).
