Summary	03046: Master Volume values set from tilde bar and slider controls menu don't agree
Description	I noticed that if you select slider controls menu, TAB-exit, then adjust master volume from the tilde bar, exit again and then open the slider controls menu once more, the two values for master volume don't agree. When you make a change though, through the slider menu, they get fixed again.

No.17033 MetalGod Senior Tester Oct 5, 2019, 23:28	Since mame 0.175 it is not posible to open the "Sliders Controls" with tilde key IF the "Sliders Controls" were left opened accessing with TAB key. Therefore, this issue is impossible to reproduce since mame 0.175.
