Summary 03177: gondo: [possible] Music slows down when you are killed
Description This might not be a bug, so I'm labeling as possible.
When you are playing and then lose a life - the BGM noticeably slows down momentarily before resuming normal speed when you start controlling your next life.

This behavior goes as far back as I can test - 0.37b15 (first windows version).

Also on attract mode behavior is the same. Since MCU is now implemented this either by desing or something is still wrong emulated or simply clock speed is still wrong.
