Summary	03303: prtytime: Demo Sounds play regardless of DIP setting.
Description	In prtytime, no matter if you choose demo sound ON or OFF there's always demo sound. In the clone, gangonta, it works OK
Steps To Reproduce	press F2 while resetting to go to service mode change the setting and exit
