Summary 03304: starhawk: Star Hawk llaser.wav, rlaser.wav not hooked up.
Description When llaser and rlaser wav files are placed in the starhawk.zip sample file, the sound is not played. This problem went unnoticed because samples have not been available until now.
Steps To Reproduce install my new sound samples into the Mame samples folder.
Additional Information I do not believe "master.wav" necessary for Star Hawk.

According to the online schematics, on the audio board connector J2 pinouts 14 and 15 there is a master on/off hi/low (high=off low=on) information is incomplete as there is a missing page (page 26) regarding the on/off circuit.

In regards to samples llaser.wav and rlaser.wav, converting the samples to 44.100 kHz 16 Bit Mono fixes the playback in the emulation (attached fixed_samples) however, with this fix the master.wav recorded as a laser sound is now playing as a constant background sound. Perhaps the master.wav should be more of an oscillating low pitched rumble sound like Tailgunner? There does seem to be a delay when the left player (llaser.wav) or right player (rlaser.wav) laser sound plays.
