Description -burnin causes crash in vector games.

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00abdc9d in video_update_burnin (machine=0xbc91efc) at src/emu/video.c:2633
2633 int srcwidth = srcbitmap->width;
Steps To Reproduce Try any vector game (starwars, asteroid) with the -burnin command.

The crash is fixed, but I do not see anything being output for vector games (no burnin-screen.png).
