Summary	03354: cobram3: Infinite lives dip switch triggers service mode
Description	Setting the 'Infinite Lives (Cheat)' DIP Switch to 'On' causes the game to go into service mode upon restart.
Steps To Reproduce	Set the 'Infinite Lives (Cheat)' DIP Switch to 'On', and restart the game.
Additional Information	I've also noticed that F3 will not reset the game, One must exit, and restart for changes to take effect.
