Summary	03436: 98best44: 98best44 should be a set which uses the neogeo biosset, currently it's not
Description	looking at the set definition, there is no romof neogeo or any linkage to the biosset which I guess can be used. Additionally the nodump neoprint.bios file should be part of the biosset !?

It isn't confirmed that it uses a real neogeo bios (infact it probably doesn't, it runs on a different board) The lack of a relationship is intentional as a real neoprint mainboard will need dumping before it works.
