Summary	03482: redbaron: Nosedive sound effect sounds wrong
Description	Whenever you shoot down an enemy plane, or when the enemy shoots you down ("Behind You!") this should be a "falling" sound like a falling bomb (high-to-low) but in MAME it is played from low-to-high and rather distorted (broken?) as well. In the video attached you can now hear the high-to-low sound effect as it is supposed to be. ~~~ Starting from MAME 0.273 sound effect is high-to-low, but still sounds wrong.
Steps To Reproduce	Listen closely when the enemy plane is shot down in the video. Compare the sound with MAME.
Additional Information	The sound effect has been wrong since the first version when it was added 0.26 Converted attached video to YouTube:

I don't want to fiddle with magic numbers and guesstimates with a C++ sound simulation, the real solution for current MAME is netlist sound.
