Summary	03494: batriderc, batrider, batriderk, batrideru: 'Guest Player', 'Special Course', 'Player Select' dipswitch settings reversed
Description	In all non-Japan versions of Armed Police Batrider (i.e. batridja, batridj), turning on the 'Guest Player' or 'Special Course' dipswitch causes the affected feature to stop working. Conversely, turning off the dipswitch enables the affected feature.
