Summary	03504: '-verbose' switch does not generate internal diagnostic information
Description	When using the -verbose switch in command line or enable the debug option 'Debug'->'Output diagnostic information' in MAMEUI, no internal diagnostic information is generated. Only log information, or the the debug option 'Debug'->'Output log to Logfile', is functional. All production MAME[UI] binaries should include the ability to generate diagnostic information.
