Summary 03891: bstars: Sprite priority issue.
Description There is a sprite priority problem with the ball overlapping players in the field view. I'm not sure if this occurred on a real MVS/AES. For this reason it's flagged as "possible" for now. Can somebody verify this?
Steps To Reproduce Without picking up the ball, position a player in front of the ball that's on the ground.

Yes. There is a fair amount of small issues here and there with Neo-Geo games in general. They were not as perfect as people believe by any means. Even early in the system's life games like this most likely it's issues, too.

Despite lack of checking the original, I'm going to acknowledge it pending some verification on actual hardware. Hopefully, since it's a common game, someone can verify this sooner than later.

Tested on 2 slot MVS, see attached video.
This is not a bug, emulation is correct.
