Summary	03964: shangonro: Year is wrong
Description	The year is set to 1992. It should be 1987. Also, is this a Ride On version? It's labeled with the "ro" yet no indication in the description if it is a Ride On version while other sets are labeled as such (ones in segaorun.c).
